Business Requirements
Livingstons required a new IT Support Provider who would be able to meet their requirements and deliver a responsive, reliable support service for their team.
The firm’s local incumbent provider was not giving Livingstons the attentive, caring service they required and this was leading to significant problems with IT infrastructure issues and problems going unaddressed.

iTEK delivered a comprehensive Audit of Livingston’s on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure in order to develop a full understanding of the firm’s as-is IT setup and their requirements moving forward.
In the first instance, this underpinned the establishment of a highly acceptable standard of service, which could then be used as a foundation to underpin necessary improvement works across the firm’s IT processes and infrastructure.
This work has included replacing sub-par on-premise server and network switching infrastructure and delivering significant improvements to internet connectivity speeds in the firm’s offices. The two sites are now better connected by a more secure and reliable site-to-site VPN link and the flexibility with which the team can work has been bolstered by a more robust remote working solution.
