All 4 Pets came to iTEK needing a full review of their internet connection and the telephony system.

Slow internet speeds were affecting the team’s work and the time had come to move on from an outdated telephony setup.

Outcomes & Benefits

iTEK commissioned an FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) connectivity solution, granting All 4 Pets their own direct fibre connection. This has increased internet speeds fivefold, removing significant blockages to the team’s day-to-day administration of the practice and customer communications.

On top of the new connection, All 4 Pets now benefit from a cutting-edge firewall solution, providing a high standard of security to the business’ digital perimeter.

Alongside the connectivity works, iTEK implemented a modern, hosted voice, VoIP telephony solution. To provide continuity to All 4 Pets’ users, this solution has incorporated both desk and mobile phone hardware as well as app-based softphones. As part of the system implementation, an iTEK Engineer carried out all of the number ports, ensuring that All 4 Pets retained their existing business phone numbers.

Lastly, on-site training for end users was delivered to ensure that the team at All 4 Pets were comfortable using the new solution and that the client’s requirements would be met.
